A hotel-made apple pie that mainly uses the local apple "Fuji" from Produced in Aomori Prefecture.
Each one is carefully handmade and baked with a long and thin apple pie that is not available anywhere else.
It features a simple taste that does not use cinnamon, and is very popular thanks to it.
